Causeway Visitor Centre
Vaughan Engineering Services Ltd is delighted to have secured the M&E services, through Gilbert Ash, for the new visitor centre at The Giant’s Causeway world heritage site. The 1,815 sq m building has been designed by Heneghan Peng Architects, with M&E Consultants Bennett Robertson, and is a single storey earth defended structure with facilities comprising retail, catering, tourist information, interpretation and exhibition space, restrooms and staff accommodation. This prestigious project for The National Trust began during January 2011 with an 18 month programme to completion.
