Brand new Sixth Form College in Newcastle
Vaughan Newcastle have been awarded the contract to install the mechanical and electrical services at Newcastle University’s amazing new Sixth Form College, which will provide a world–class learning environment for GCSE, A Level, AS Level and International Baccalaureate students.
The 11,000 square metre building will be the first dedicated Sixth Form College in the city and will provide state–of–the–art facilities for 16–18 year olds across the region with specialised facilities in class rooms, plus performance studios and laboratories. At the heart of the building there will be an open–plan, light and airy social space with a bistro serving drinks and snacks.
The M&E contract is being carried out on behalf of Bam Services for Bam Construction.
