Scottish Enterprise s Industry Engagement Building provides a range of office suites for companies wishing to be based at the heart of Scotland's International Technology and Renewable Energy Zone in Glasgow, or looking to co-locate next to the University of Strathclyde to collaborate on key areas of industry driven research.
The building provides 4,800 sq. m of Grade A office space over four storeys with basement parking and roof top plant space and is BREEAM excellent.

This ambitious project at Charlotte Square involved the transformation of six UNESCO World Heritage listed town houses into individual office spaces, incorporating a new-build three-storey extension on the rear.
Designed to meet the demands of the financial services market, within the context of a period building, the offices are fitted out to British Council for Offices Category A standard, with power, heating, cooling, ventilation, data and life protection services delivered by Vaughan Engineering.

The development formed the final phase of Edinburgh's Exchange Masterplan and was ready for occupation in 2013, adding a 2,000 square metre multi-purpose hall to the conference centre and delivering Grade A office space in the city centre.
