Description
Sitting on the western fringes of Edinburgh in the South Gyle business park, this project adds to the tally of projects carried out by Vaughan in this area.
Comprising 10,200 sq m of open plan office space over three floors the challenge on this project was to complete the installation in the very short construction period.
Using our fabrication workshop in nearby Broxburn we were able to produce our pipe work fabrications in advance of starting on site and reduce the installation times.
Air conditioning to the building is provided by four pipe fan coil units in the ceiling voids with air handling plant providing tempered fresh air.
Together with trench heating around the perimeter of the building, an optimum and highly controllable internal environment is maintained. | Systems Installed- Mechanical ventilation
