Provision of £2.6M M&E Services within local Community Treatment & Care Centres catering for Treatment Rooms, Doctors Surgeries, Waiting Areas, Reception, Staff Areas and Plantrooms.

The projects demanded detailed co-ordination to make allowance for the clients requirements for phased hand over.

Services comprised of Chilled Water, LPHW, Air Conditioning, Plumbing, Gas, Public Health, BMS, Soils & Wastes and Mains Water with Lighting, Emergency Lighting, GP Power, Fire Alarms, Security Systems, IT infrastructure, Diversion of external electrical HV & LV services, LV Distribution, CCTV, Car park Lighting and Wiring to Mechanical Plant.

All undertaken as a performance related partnering framework agreement under the constraints of a Healthcare environment.
