Description

We provided M&E Services within this 4-storey Community Treatment & Care Centre comprising treatment rooms, doctors’ surgeries, waiting areas, staff areas, reception facilities and plantrooms.

As with Holywood Arches CTCC., we produced multi discipline coordinated installation drawings for approval. This enabled a seamless services installation for mechanical, electrical and ductwork when ceiling voids were getting ever tighter and programmes were getting shorter.

The projects demanded detailed co-ordination to make allowance for the clients requirements for phased hand over.

All undertaken as a performance related partnering framework agreement under the constraints of a Healthcare environment.
