The 2277m2 3-storey office is DDA compliant and consists of open plan areas for members of the public, offices, interview and meeting rooms, kitchen/dining area, conference rooms, reception area, security desk, toilet facilities, file and general storage rooms, Switch rooms, associated risers, Boiler house and comms rooms. There is heightened security throughout the building. The co-ordination of mechanical, electrical and ventilation was vital in this contract that was completed ahead of schedule. | Systems Installed
