Description

Vaughan carried out electrical services installation to this new 5 star 10-storey hotel in Belfast city centre comprising entrance area with reception foyer, 130 bedrooms, conference facilities, bar, house-keeping facilities and private dining rooms.

This was a complex and highly serviced building with restricted access on an inner city corner site. The inherent problems of the restricted site access were overcome by the detailed scheduling of equipment and materials delivery to site, to accommodate the Company’s shift patterns, without compromising our responsibilities to effect timely completion of the Electrical Services element within the overall programming of the works.
