Description

As the flagship for the refurbishment programme this project involves the complete refurbishment of 256 bedrooms completed in a phased manner to avoid any disturbance to hotel guests.

This fast track programme, timed to coincide with the anniversary celebrations of the hotel chain, also includes the rebuild of some rooms to represent the current needs of the hotel for presidential status rooms.

Given that this hotel is rated at five stars, the standard of the fixtures and fittings represents today’s highest standards in terms of ambiance lighting controls, environmentally friendly comfort cooling and quality bathroom fixtures.

The works on this project were carried out whilst still allowing the hotel to operate at no less than 50% capacity.
