As the Company’s core business, Vaughan Engineering is structured to provide an integrated multi-service solution encapsulating the full range of M&E contracting including project management, design, co-ordination, installation, testing and commissioning.

Working closely with our Clients and their Professional teams we are able to assume single contractual responsibility for the quality of both the Mechanical and Electrical engineering services, their performance in operation and completion on time within a firm cost budget.

This responsibility originates with the formation of a fixed price sub-contract based on cost value and fitness for purpose. Early resolution of pre-construction planning and co-ordination requirements is then paramount to allow selective equipment sourcing and commencement of manufacture, fabrication and on-site installation. Through our extensive experience and expertise we manage the construction phase to ensure sustained productivity and proficient quality control within a ‘fast-track’ programme.
